This is a preliminary report of the dialogue between the Catholic and Uniting Churches in South Australia (not to be confused with the national dialogue). The focus of the dialogue has been lay ministry.
“Both our traditions make it clear that it is not only the ordained ministry but all the baptized, the entire people of God, who are commissioned to witness to Christ and announce his gospel to the whole world.

There are not only theological, but also practical reasons why both churches need to rediscover the richness of lay ministry.” (p.2)
